New Elfin, administrator of the treatment of your personal data as per Article 13 of the above D.Lgs. 196/2003, informs you that the personal data you provide when you send your request for information will be used to fulfil your request. The information you have provided will be handled and used by the persons responsible and/or the persons assigned to the treatment also to send notifications or materials regarding our company activities. This may be done also through your e-mail address or telephone or fax number. You are not obligated to us send this information; however, your refusal to provide your data for these purposes may make it impossible for New Elfin to supply the service you requested. At any time you can oppose this treatment sending a request to the Administrator of the treatment to the addresses shown below. The personal information you send will be treated in a "lawful and correct" manner, as prescribed by Article 11 of the D.Lgs. 196/2003. We point out, moreover, that the handling of so-called "sensitive" personal data, as defined in Article 4, parag. 1, letter d) of the above Decree will be performed within the limits and with the methods specified by the General Authorisation of the Guarantor no. 1. Your data will be treated with the support of paper, computer or telecommunications instruments. Only authorised persons may access and therefore know your data, for example, our designated employees and/or assigned personnel in charge of the operation and maintenance of the computer systems. The Right to access personal data and other rights
5. The subject involved has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the personal data that regard him or her, even if these are not yet registered, and the communication of said data in intelligible form.
6. The person involved has the right to receive information:
a. on the origin of the personal data;
b. on the purposes and modalities of their treatment;
c. on the logic applied in case the data are treated with the aid of electronic instruments;
d. on the detailed identification of the Administrator, of the persons handling the data and of the representative designated as per Article 5, parag. 2;
e. on the persons or the category of persons to whom the personal data may be transmitted or who may gain knowledge of the data as representatives designated in the territory of the State, of persons responsible or assigned.
7. the person has the right to obtain:
a. the updating, the correction or, when requested, the integration of the data;
b. its cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or the block of any data treated in violation of the Law, including those that do not need to be preserved for the purposes for which thy were gathered or subsequently treated;
c. certification that the operations under above letters a) and b) were bought to the knowledge, also in their contents, of any third parties to whom the data were transmitted or distributed, except in those cases where such action is impossible or entails the commitment of means that is manifestly disproportionate compared to the safeguarded right.
8. The subject has the right to oppose, totally or partially:
a. for legitimate reasons, the treatment of the personal data that regard him, even if pertinent to the purpose of their collection;
b. the treatment of any data that regard him or her, which are used to send advertising or direct sales materials or to carry out market research or commercial communications.
